I just can't believe my baby, my baby girl is three years old today!!! And what a day we've had. Finally John Brady is fever free and wanted to do something besides lie on the couch. So we started the day going for donuts at Shipleys - went inside and I will tell you that we have decided it shouldn't have to be someone's birthday to do this. It was just a nice treat. Nancy Claire insisted that just us girls sit at one table and the boys had to sit at another. It was really cute.
Then we went by mimi's house to open her present - she has to have it early so she can wear it tomorrow at her party! It was a Fancy Nancy tutu and a Fancy Nancy tiara! They were both a hit!
Then we came home to pick up really quickly because my niece,Hannah, was coming over to clean for us today to prepare for the party tomorrow.
An impromptu lunch at The Creamery was next - Mimi came and brought her two neighbors, Anna and Adam, and we had a nice little party there.
By this time it was time to go home for a nap.
Daddy grilled out tonight and we had Nan and Papaw Dave over for dinner, cupcakes and opened a few presents. Her strawberry shortcake hair salon was a hit - she sat and played and played with it!
She also got to open her present from Regina and Rex, and Felicity has some new clothes - more updated (thanks ;)).
And it's almost 11 PM and she's still awake!!!!
And her party is tomorrow afternoon - she's having a GREAT birthday weekend - even she will tell you that.
Anyway, I feel tremendously blessed.
